The Feelings I Feel

Where do feelings come from, where do they show up in our bodies. During this fun and interactive camp, we will explore and move to different feelings using our mind, body, and heart. We will use mindfulness, art, and games to connect to ourselves and how we respond to feelings. What causes us to feel sad? How do we interact with others when we are mad? Where do we feel happiness in our bodies? Come move and explore with us.
Daily mindfulness practices encourage campers to cultivate self-awareness and open their minds to a greater sense of calm and balance. Unplugging from technology and actively engaging in outdoor activities strengthen their connection to nature’s resources and teaches them ways to protect and preserve the natural environment.
Fun and engaging activities that include yoga, arts and crafts, music, nature exploration, and team building activities provide campers with multiple daily opportunities to grow their self-confidence as they challenge themselves both physically and mentally.
This camp will run Monday, 8/16 thru Friday, 8/ from 9am until 12noon.
